*If you have your kipping down, feel free to work on something else during this time but keep in mind the coach will be focusing on those who need to work on their kipping.

with a 24 minute running clock…
A. EMOMx6:
Odd: 20/18 Cal Row
Even: 3 Strict Def. HSPU, 10/7″
B. EMOMx6:
Odd: 20/18 Cal Row
Even: 6 Kipping Def. HSPU, 10/7″
C. EMOMx6:
Odd: 20/18 Cal Row
Even: 9 Strict HSPU
B. EMOMx6:
Odd: 20/18 Cal Row
Even: 12 Kipping HSPU
*If you cannot get in the listed calories, scale back to what you can get in within a minute. Scaling options for the HSPU are normal strict and kipping or if you can do negative but not 10/7inch scale back the inches, strict off a box, one ab mat (no more), regular push ups.
