Clean Complex
A. EMOMx5: 3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Jerks
Rest 5 minutes
B. EMOMx5: 2 Power Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 2 Jerks
Rest 5 minutes
C. EMOMx5: 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + Jerk
Rest 5 minutes
B. EMOMx5: 2 Power Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 2 Jerks
Rest 5 minutes
C. EMOMx5: 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + Jerk
Lift Like a Girl- Class 2 will be held on Wednesday. Please make sure to know the days/times as they change from week to week. Also, you do not NEED lifting shoes but if you already have them you can wear them when we squat but it's not a requirement. If you don't have them you can just kick off your shoes and squat barefoot, unless you are okay in Nanos. I will let you know if I think you should kick your shoes off. The first day of each week will be lower body strength work, the second day will be upper body strength work.
