The team WOD's were released last night and the team
is starting their run-throughs! First one down today. Partner
deadlifts with 410lbs, unevenly loaded with 45lbs more on
one side, and synchronized pulls up. TOUGH! But they
got this!

50 OHS 135/95 (no rack)
150 Sit Ups
200 Double Unders
50 Sumo Deadlift HighPull w/KB 70/53
100 Box Jump Overs
