If you are doing the nutrition challenge, you have until the end of the week to complete the WOD. The Snatches are not part of our nutrition challenge baseline.
If you are doing the nutrition challenge, the $20 buy in is due by Wednesday to Drew or myself. It must be cash because the money goes into the "pot" and the pot is split by the winners of the challenge. Also, the packets have been uploaded to the Unrivaled Nutrition FB page. The packets have the rules as well as your recording sheet. You will be in charge of keeping your baseline WOD, doing your own measurements this time and then turning everything in June 8th when the final journals, before/after photos and measurements/WOD are due.

CrossFit Tidewater has reached out to us and invited you guys to their box on Sunday for their WOD, 1030am with no drop in fee! That was very nice of them :) So if you want to get in a workout on Sunday, feel free to head over to their place!
