Welcome back to Coach Brian!
If you didn't know yet, now you know! He's baaaaaack!!!!
For all of you guys that have joined in the last year you may not know who
Coach Brian is. He was our FIRST coach at Unrivaled and was with us for almost 3 years
before he had to move to CA for school. He's active duty in the Navy and 
with his new job will be very busy but will be subbing in to classes when he can! 
We are so glad to have Brian and his wife Alexis back in the gym (who met at Unrivaled…
I love it!!!!) , with a sweet baby boy on the way who is due any time now! 


1. Make up Mon-Wed

2. Recovery Workout-
Using the air dyne or rower compete the following intervals-
4 min on
2 min off
3 min on
1 min off 
2 min on
1 min off 
1 min on
30 seconds off - 30 seconds on x 5 rounds <-----6 rounds for this portion only

**After completing the recovery workout, do some post WOD recovery mobility and stretching!** 

NUTRITION CHALLENGE
Starting on May 11th.
We will have a Nutrition meeting about the challenge on Sunday at 12:30pm. I realize it's Mother's Day, but it's only an hour from your day :) If you can't make it, no big deal! I will post all of the details to the Unrivaled Nutrition page on Facebook.
