I just wanted to highlight these two amazing athletes.
Amber (in the far off background, designated by the red arrow) and Mike, who both probably never did more than one or two bar muscles in a sitting... EVER! Today however, did 43 synchronized bar muscle ups together, along with 45 synchronized DB snatches. I can't tell you how proud I am of these two and the effort they put forth not just in this workout but in their everyday training. Glad to see them pushing themselves and testing their athleticism by doing the Team Series together.
