Cold weather = less Vit D3
90% of people are deficient---please read this article on the BENEFITS of VitD3 and why I encourage you to go get the supplement, especially during these cold months where we see less and less of the sunshine.

Vit D3 is found in these foods: (and you will notice that most of you don't eat these on a regular basis, and if you do its more than likely not enough to account for the amount of D3 that your body actually needs)
Cod liver oil, fortified milk, salmon, mackerel, & sardines, egg yolks, beef liver
Lack of sun in the winter + paleo diet (no fortified milk) = get your ass to the store for some Vit D3 for a strong immune (very important during these "flu/cold months"), muscles and bones!
