Happy Thanksgiving!

Warming up for their Turkey Day workout!
Awesome partner workout this morning ladies! I was so proud of these girls to show up early on a holiday! That is dedication!!!!!
Workout this morning was, as a team:
800 meter run with 20# (can pass back and forth between partners when one gets tired)
100 deadlifts
150 goblet squats
200 half moons (similar to a woodchop but moving all the way around the body)
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!! 
Drew and I made an all paleo Thanksgiving meal, it was seriously the BEST Thanksgiving food I have ever had!!!!
I posted a link earlier this week which has all of these recipes minus the mashed sweet potato, those I made up myself: 2 big yams/sweet potato, 1/4 cup coconut milk, sea salt to taste and 4 chopped garlic cloves. Boil chopped sweet potatoes until soft, drain water and throw all ingredients into a kitchen aid! 
And of course Paleo Pumpkin Pie!! 
* In the recipes it asked for grass fed butter, I replaced it with the same amount for olive oil. I am still confused on how butter would be paleo, and thus am not a firm believer of it.
