Bootcamp tomorrow morning at 9am down at the Oceanfront. You can park for free in the metered parking on the side roads or pay 2$ per hour in the Hilton parking garage across from Catch 31.
We will meet at King Neptune!
Warm up:
2 min run along the water
Then 2 rounds:
10 shoulder rolls
10 overhead walking lunges
5 burpees in the sand
5 broad jumps in the sand
30 second squat hold
Workout:
4 rounds:
6 sand shuttle runs
Kettlebell swings (max reps while others are running)
broad jumps in the sand (max reps while others are running)
1:00 minute rest between rounds
*Once the others finish the run everyone will rotate- so the runners determine how long you are at the other stations.
