Squat till you drop!

And this means- until you die....not from squatting but of old age!
I was reading a little article yesterday on a paleo website about how society today accepts sickness and the inability to function as we age.....and thats not normal!!! It is so true.
Society today spends their time sitting on the couch watching tv, playing video games on sitting online and NOT working out---- thus creating an un-funcational body.  Do you want to be 70, 80 and not able to be in control of your own body?! I sure hope not!
Our bodies are meant to squat, run, walk, jump.... even when you are at a ripe age. So if you are working out now you are on the right path.....if you are NOT- you better get started or you are just digging your own grave!
