I am sure you have heard them, or even said one of them:
1. I am too busy
2. I have bad knees
3. I do not feel well
You get the point.....
But here is a girl who probably never will be that person!
Christina is always here to workout and she probably has the most reasonable "excuse" there is. She is 6-7 weeks post foot surgery from a severe case of planter fasciitis. The doctors said she should have no pain but Christina says its progressively getting worse--but she does not let it stop her!! (yes, she is going back to see her doctor again about this). She does not use it as an excuse because she knows there are ways around it---there are ways around anything...just get in here and do not be the one that makes excuses!
