Carla, sweet as a cupcake

Welcoming Carla, the newest addition to KSC Garage gym (however, she is not new to the training style, I used to train her last year at my old job...she missed me!)

Carla is so sweet that she owns her own cupcakery! Just Cupcakes located on the corner of Laskin and First Colonial behind the CVS Pharmacy. I have to brag about her cupcakes because we had her make them for our wedding instead of a cake and everyone said they were the BEST cupcakes they have ever had....and it is true!!! 

Its okay to indulge every now and then, so if you are having a sweet tooth and its your cheat meal day---go try out one of her cupcakes! Right now my favorite is the pumpkin chocolate chip and cookie dough! 

Just do NOT get one everyday or BURPEES might be the death of you :P
