Workout for today:
If you can get to a gym run or bike 3.1 miles for time.
If your gym has a rower, row 5000m!

If you are snowed in:
Death by pushups!
Start your clock, on minute one you do 1 push up.
Rest the remaining minute. As soon as the next minute starts do 2 pushups, rest remaining time.
Minute 3 starts-do 3 push ups- ext.
It starts out easy then gets tough the higher you go.
Goal is to get through as many minutes as you can. Once you can't finish the pushups within a minute then you're done.
So if you're on minute 13 and you only finish 10 push ups within the minute- then you're done.

My car is snowed in! The wind caused all the snow from the field to blow into my driveway, theres 2 feet!
