If you sign up for bootcamp, get your @ss here!

To Every-BOOTY:
If you sign up for bootcamp, come.
Now that it is cold out (snowing/freezing) we will not doing doing bootcamp outside therefore I have to limit the bootcamp to 4 people per class and break it up into two separate hours if there is a need.
This morning I had 4 people signed up for 9am, and told the fifth person there was not room and that I would not be holding a 10am class because there was not enough people.
1. I already felt bad having to turn someone away from class.
2. TWO people did NOT show up---meaning that fifth person COULD have and I know that she WOULD have been here.
3. I do not accept laziness as a valid "excuse" to not get to bootcamp, especially if you commit to coming. If you have something come up, car problems, ext- then I understand!

Now don't take this post the wrong way, I am not "mad" at anyone personally. I just want you guys to all be committed and know that others are wanting to come to bootcamp so if you are not going to be committed- don't sign up- let others have the chance to get a weekend workout in if you feel like being "lazy." And trust me....we all have those days, even I do! But just be considerate.
