Just because you guys are not coming to the gym with me everyday, does NOT mean you should be lazy on your days away from here. I recommend taking up to 2 days of rest, depending on how your body feels.
If you feel good, then only take one day of rest!
Here is an at home workout that you can do if you aren't scheduled to come in today!
Warm up: 5 minute jog
Then 2 rounds of:
60 second straight arm plank
10 wall squats
samson stretch
10 walking lunges
10 push ups
Workout:
5 rounds for time:
20 squats
20 sit ups
20 Dips (on a bench or side of a chair)
3,2,1....Go!
