"Cindy" doesn't like cheaters.....

ie. miss counting reps, not squatting low enough.....
And neither does Jackie---the real Jackie....ME! Imagine a cartoon headed "me" with big bulging eyes and scary sharp teeth---thats me right now!! HAHAHA!! Okay, you got me...I am a little too nice to have such a mean face, lol.
I am glad that three of you now have at least been honest with me about cheating over the weekend. However, I am disappointed (I still love you all) because I know that you guys have it set in your minds on changing your bodies and your lifestyles....BUT, when you make the decision to cheat it shows me that maybe you aren't that serious.... NOW....don't get me wrong, you shouldn't have to go through life without a cheat, EVER. It is normal to have cheats now and again BUT we are doing a 30 day, ONLY 30 days, challenge. Think of how many days you are ALIVE....30 days is NOTHING compared to a year, or a lifetime..... just like the "suck" of a workout----it only lasts up to 30 minutes!
I have committed to do this challenge with you guys, and its TOUGH for me, too! During the week, no....because I am used to it, but weekends, YES! I like to cheat on the weekends too. But I didn't!! Not once, just for you guys because I am telling you to not cheat, then I better not cheat! SO STOP THE CHEATING NOW! ( thats in a loving YELLING tone) ;) HAH!
But seriously- stop. You CAN do it. You can keep your eats paleo, do it for the next 3 weeks. If you cheat you will never fully understand or feel the full benefits of 100% paleo. I already lost 2 lbs! Now mind you I don't want to loose anymore- so I have to start upping my protein and fats! But those 2 lbs could have been your 2lbs, or 3 lbs or even more. But just ONE cheat will inhibit your results. I was only having 2 cheats a week and just dropping those out took away 2lbs.....so, cheats do matter!!
Now I bet your probably thinking: "Damn, I wish I didn't tell her" LOL-- but keep in mind that at the end of 30 days I will know anyway so its better to be honest!
Okay ladies, with all that being said I hope you are re-evaluting your goals and putting your bodies first on the list and not your "craving" taste buds.

Now those of you that cheated....and if there are any others you better get it out now - because I will know at the end of the 30 days!

I love you all and I want you to stick to 100% Paleo for the next 20.5 days! Like Nike says "JUST DO IT"
The only reason we fail is because 99% of the time we CHOOSE to fail. Choose to succeed ladies!
