Dan kickin some butt on his squats during his hopper deck workout 5-10-15 squats and 24in box jumps.
I hope you guys liked using the Hopper Deck! Great job by everyone on their workouts that they had to beat down on!

Make sure that over the weekend you guys get a workout/run in. You can use the workouts that are listed here on the blog- check on the tab on the left!
3rd weekend on the challenge is coming up, keep it up you guys- you can do it! We are almost there ;) I hope you have all learned some new eating habits and will make better choices even when the challenge is over. Being healthy and staying fit should be a non-stop, everlasting goal for us all. Something we work at everyday!
