Woah--- it has been too long!

I have been a slacker on the blog! Sorry! The end of last week was tough because I was trying to get ready to leave for LA, and this week has been crazy! But I do need to stay on top of it....I think I should punish myself with burpees :P

LA was nice, but very quick! I had a great time judging the spokesmodel contest, but it was so tough....they all looked AMAZING, I wanted them all to win first place! Needless to say I don't think I will be offering to judge anymore :P It was THAT hard!

Tomorrow Drew and I will make the trek to GA for the Garage Games!! Everyone say a prayer for me PLEASE! Monday morning I DOUBT I will be training. We have two workouts Sunday, then have to drive 10.5 back home so I think we may get back in the middle of the night. Some of you already said you will do Tuesday morning, which works!


We have two new gym goers--let us welcome Brittany and Heather to KSC Garage Gym!! So excited for you guys to begin the fun! ;) 

Stay on top of workouts while you are home/off days from ME---I have the ones posted on here so no excuses! ;)
