Paleo Egg Drop Soup

This is delicious and really hits the spot on those cold days!!!
If you like egg drop soup, I think you will love this!
You can keep the chicken in, or take it out. I added it in so that it was a full meal for me (plus I added a side of fruit to get in enough carbs)

This is for ONE serving:
Put all ingredients into pan, bring to a boil and let boil a few minutes.
1 cup of broth- either chicken or turkey: making sure there are NO artifical ingredients, no sugar and SEA salt not regular salt
1/2 cup of water
2-3 oz of chopped up/shredded chicken (already cooked)
1/4 tsp minced garlic
dash of ginger
1/4 tsp caraway
1/4 cup chopped onion

in a small bowl whisk two eggs together.
After the soup has boiled for 2-4 min, take off burner and immediately pour in the eggs- slowly.
As you slowly pour them in, use the whisk to stir them (slowly also)

Immediately pour into a bowl- use sea salt and pepper before you serve. Add as much as needed for your taste/liking.
