Preheat oven to 350.
This makes 6 muffins:
mix all into bowl:
3 egg
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp stevia
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp pure lemon extract
3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
Fill up muffin cups (paper) 3/4 full.
Cook for approx 20. The tops should start to brown.
Topping:
1/2 cup of apple sauce
a dash of nutmeg
and cinnamon to your liking--I like a lot!
Stick in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, or until its warm.
Top on muffins and eat immediately!

1/2 of cinnamon? Haha you really like cinnamon then.
