Deadlift
70% x 3
80% x 3
90% x 3 (or max reps)
On the minute do 2 kb swings. Every minute after add 2 swings until you cannot complete the given amount in one minute.
Ex. Min one: 2 swings, min two: 4 swings, min three: 6 swings.
