I think I will miss the little garage, but I am sure loving all the space in the new gym.
I think we might have everything moved over by next week!

Workouts this week have been tough! Heavy lifting, short all out bursts, longer muscular/cardio endurance workouts... so today is going to be more an "active" rest day for those of you that have been coming in everyday!
Choose 1:
1. 8 push press on the minute for 5 total minutes (this is for people who did NOT do yesterdays workout)
2. 5 minutes of stretching- rolling out with foam roller/ball- mobility
Then: (Everybody)
5 minutes max distance on the rower
Rest 2 minutes
5 minutes max jump rope/double unders
rest 2 minutes
1 min max rep weighted sit ups
