Skill work:
Hang Snatch
Workout:
5 rounds:
400 meter run
8 strict pull ups
BBQ Sat 12:30 and we will WOD @ 11!! Please bring a side dish if you can. And if you plan on bringing family/friends you might want to bring an extra piece of meat! ;)
