5 minutes
Handstand practice- against a wall or free standing

Workout
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of: 
5 power cleans 95#/#135
10 pistols- alternating legs 
15 sit ups 

Monday morning we will be meeting @ the new gym at 6am (NOT 6:30am). 
I have new paperwork for everyone to fill out, please do not pay me until you fill out the new membership agreement forms and new waivers- thank you ;)
