Welcome Ryan, Myra, Rosa, Heather, Stephanie, Joey, Laurie, Sammy and Cindy--who either just finished their Elements Class or will be this week! 

Skill work
Handstands



WOD
Timed 400m run
Rest 2 minutes
Timed 200m run x 2
Rest 90 seconds between each
Timed 100m run x 6 
Rest time 60 seconds between each

REMINDER: 
Saturday 8:30-10:30 am Olympic Lifting class, not for beginners. The 10am beginners class will not be held this Saturday. 
Saturday Night- 6pm Shorebreak Pizza Drews going away party for CFU
Starting July 1st- THERE WILL BE NO 9:30am on Tue/Thursdays 
JULY 4th- Morning classes only
July 7th at 6:30pm NUTRITION CLASS
