ANNOUNCEMENTS:
This Saturday we will have a beach WOD at 9am (no 10am class), feel free to bring a friend, or two!
We will meet at the beach right next to the Lynnhaven Fish House. If you are looking at the restaurant, there is a beach path on the left.

Also, Saturday July 2nd we will host a 2 hour Olympic Lifting Class- 8:30am-10am (so again no 10am class for beginners- this would NOT be a good day to bring in anyone new)
Great time to come in and get work on your clean & jerk and snatch, Drew will go over technique more in depth and our goal is that you walk out with better form on these lifts!
We ask that you PLEASE let us know in advance if you will be coming this day.

Her shoulders are not slightly in front of the bar, back is arched, looking down, and the bar is away from her body. I am not sure about the first one, but I will say yes. ~Ruby
