Nutrition

Is your nutrition where it should be? If not, why? 
The food you put into your body is going to be directly related to how you look, feel and act. Food is going to affect you in ways that you probably don't even realize. Most of us just care about the aesthetics- of course we all want to look good and not carry around extra body fat but what about skin irritations, stomach aches, head aches, muscle pains, allergies, sleepiness, depression, ext? Yes the FOOD that you put into your body can cause issues in all of these areas.
You are NOT a GARBAGE so why would you put GARBAGE into your body? 
Your food is your fuel, feed it shit, it will run like shit and probably look like shit. 
Fuel up with nothing but the best and what do you think the outcome will be? Well I say just give it a try and find out for yourself....
