Skill:
Rope Climbs

Workout: 
800 meter run- then:
5 rounds of: 
5 Deadlift 250/185
10 hand release push ups 
20 sit ups 
End with 800 meter run

Announcements:
There is now a 4:30pm class
TUE/THURS at 6:30pm is designated for Elements Class. If you must come you have to do what the class is doing, we rotate through the same 4 workouts so do not make a habit of coming to those classes.
