This is our boy Brendan! Co-Owner of CrossFit Obsession, he was one of the originals of CrossFit so you will see his face a lot in the demo videos!
Allison Bishop, also co-owner of CrossFit Obsession was the motivation for this workout, not only is it the main site workout but if you go on CrossFit.com you will see her amazing numbers!!

Again I wanted to thank everyone that came out to the Grand Opening this weekend!! Thank you for the support, we had such a great turn out for Fran! And it was nice to chat and hang out with you all afterward over some great paleo food!
