BS 150. SP 62. DL 175. PR'ed on my SP and went down 5lbs on DL. Total 387! - ash

PR or NOT, you guys are still pushing yourselves. And remember, nobody PR's every time they walk through that door. Just keep doing what your doing; keep training hard, eat good, hydrate and REST... If your over doing it you'll see your numbers go down so just make sure your getting enough rest.
