Thursday/Friday 5:30pm and 6:30pm only
Saturday: 9am Class 10 am- Newbs/Free Intro Class

  4. PR or NOT, you guys are still pushing yourselves. And remember, nobody PR's every time they walk through that door. Just keep doing what your doing; keep training hard, eat good, hydrate and REST... If your over doing it you'll see your numbers go down so just make sure your getting enough rest.
