  1. The irst picture is correct placement. Lock out active shoulders and bar stays alighned with your heels. - ash

  3. Yes ladies, bar over the heals! Thats where you are the most stable. You wont be able to hold a 1RM weight and get the lift if you are out of alignment

    I saw some really great form today and I saw some not so great form on today's OHS WOD. Remember, drop the weight and get that form down first, then start upping the weight.
