Sept 3rd: 31 Heroes WOD at CrossFit 757! Did you all register?! Start thinking about who you want to partner with, they said its best to use the same weight, otherwise you have to switch weight each round. So find someone of equal level, if you can!

ReplyDelete4+ 300 meter run, Rx'd the push presses at 65#s, I like this workouut, although the pp slowed me down a bit :o)
ReplyDelete4 rounds + squats (and I ran to the end of the driveway..haha) 42# pp. Loved this workout b/c it was hard, but doable for the newbies!
