BURPEE LOVE! (Monday WOD)

You all knew it was coming, its been a while since we have done burpees, and you know how much Coach Jackie LOVES them ;) OH YEA!

Skill
Choose a gymnastic movement to work on
Examples are:
kips
L-sits on the paralettes, bar, or rings
ring holds
muscle ups
handstands
kipping pull ups

WOD
FOR TIME:
150 burpees

    And I got in some muscle ups without a false grip! WOOO HOO. ALthough I had to kip REALLY BIG

  6. 22:23 I am noooo where near as motivated when I'm going this at home. But I did it. I'm going to try my hardest to make it tomorrow. I've got car problems I'm having to deal with. :/
