Teams of 6
1. 200 m run
2. Manmakers
3. Box jumps
4. Farmer Carry 10 m (each 10 m complete is a rep)
5. Handstand Holds/Push ups (these do not count toward reps)
6. REST
20 min AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
The 200m runner sets the pace for everyone else. You cannot stop your movement until you get tagged to go to the next. So there is always one person at each one of the 6 stations mentioned above. Keep total reps for each individual station (that has a rep count)
Tomorrow is the 9/11 Throwdown! Please remember to bring your own meat for the grill!
