I know I have already said it, but I just want to say again how FREAKIN PROUD I am of you guys that did the Paleo challenge. I have never had such a hard time EVER deciding a "winner." You guys all stuck with it, and worked hard and it shows in the results that I am looking at!!! You all should be so proud of your changes, and I hope you all realize that you are all winners. You have drastically changed your bodies for the better...that is winning right there!!!!
