Hip-hip hoorayyyy hoooo

Me, my sister (17yrs), sister (27yrs), sis-in-law and brother (both 24yrs), and my dad (48yrs)

I guess you can say it runs in the family! My mom was bummed that we took it without her but its nearly impossible to get everyone together at the same time (sorry Mom!!)
As long as I can remember I would sit outside in our little shed and watch my dad lift weights. He had a squat rack, bench, dumbbells and one of those little trampolines. We used to have handstand push up contests, races with my dad as he ran backwards and we ran forward, and he made a deal with us that if we could do 100 jumping lunges without stopping he would give us 100$ (I never could!!!), I am starting to think that Greg Glassman stole the idea of CF from my dad! :P
 Children want to grow up and be like their parents, parents are their biggest role models. So today I thank my dad for my love of lifting heavy things!!
