Saturdays WOD

This WAS NOT posted for a reason, who would have shown up if they would have looked online before they came Saturday morning?! 

In honor of our CFU members doing the Tough Mudder,
this was our "tough" for the day.....

"MURPH"
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run
*the pull ups, push ups, squats can be broken up in any order
