"Traveling" the globe this week

The 2011 Hampton Roads All Girls WOD #2 at CF 757!!
Great turn out! Angela, Lauren, Britney, Tasha, Cindy, Jasmine, Heather and Suzette 
kicked butt! Way to go ladies! 

This week we will be "visiting" other boxes!! 
We will do the WOD of the day from a different box each day,
the boxes will be ones that are owned by friends of mine all around the globe! 
Our first box to visit will be CrossFit Asia.
This was my "home" box where my love for CrossFit started, where I took my elements,
did my first muscle up and got my first bloody hand tears. I miss you CFA!
