Someone who is busier than you, is CrossFitting right now...

"I am too busy," "I have no time..." 
Excuses.
You want to be in shape, you want to be healthy, you want to look like the fitness model on the cover of the latest Oxygen or Muscle and Fitness, yet you find all the time in the world to make excuse after excuse.
There are a lot of people out there that have LESS time than you and are busier than you yet they are at the 5:30pm CrossFit class everyday, or maybe the 6am because the only time they have is before work. 
Its not a matter of having no time, its a matter of MAKING time. 
Do you have time to stop at a coffee shop during the day?
What about signing onto FB?......
Then you have time to: make yourself healthier, stronger, faster, and look like a fitness model. 
Stop making excuses and just DO IT!
