WOD
As a team of 3:
3 rounds (each person) for reps/time.
400m run/200m overhead carry/400m backwards
inverted burpees
rollouts (heaviest possible load for reps)
inverted burpees
There will be one person at each station, the person running will determine the time spent at each station. Your goal is to get max reps and fastest time as a team. Each person needs to complete 3 rounds, each round the run changes.
R1 400m
R2 200m overhead carry
R3 400m backwards run
