Happy Birthday Steph!!! AKA Mama Hulk!
Steph is so strong, after squatting and deadlifting over 200lbs
with ease, I gave her the nickname of "Mama Hulk"
Her and Jasmine are quite the mom and daughter WODKilla duo! 
Stephanie is leaving town before her real bday which is on the 29th, so 
we are celebrating CF style a little early!
 I am so happy to have you as a part of the CFU family, Steph!! Keep on rockin
the WODs and working hard! You are an inspiration to us all :)

    I did one dead on the min, every min for the 12 min instead of the 1RM because my back has been hurting all week :-/, kept the weight at 185.

    7 rounds at 52#, subbed pushups w/ situps because my thumb is still inflamed
