  1. Our bodies are made out of a lot of water and if we dont drink enough we pee pee it away :)

  2. Hydration is "Key", If not properly hydrated during times of extreme exherstion then the body will have to fight that much harder to provide proper cirrculation to match the demand placed on the body. The body will fight to the death to always find a homeostaious or "balance" but the reasult my not always be pleasent if not properly hydrated to provide and ease of blood to and from the vital organs.

  3. Water is a great source of HYDRATION, without it, our body can't keep hydrated and doesn't have any fluid to flush our body clean!

  4. Jo, you are correct our bodies are made of a HUGE percentage of water. So if you aren't putting water into our bodies, our muscles, and organs aren't going to work correctly putting everything into overdrive. Our body is like a machine, it needs to be taken care of otherwise its going to break down, quickly, and work like CRAP. Think of a nice juicy raw steak, its very plyable, and well, JUICY! So think of that same piece of meat being sucked dry.....or put into a dehydrator (like to make jerky) now its hard, and crisp. and can probably break in half really easily. If that was the muscle in your body its going to either 1. cramp, 2. strain, 2. PULL *all of the above sucks* When we workout, it tears and rips our muscles.....if our muscle is already destroyed (like the jerky meat) you are REALLY going to PISS IT OFF! This is when Rhabdo can set in, your muscles will not begin to release toxins because they are so broken down and mistreated. So take care of your body, hydrate it, keep it happy, healthy and SAFE!!!
