Monday is here again!

CFU Gals at CrossFit Rife for the All Girls WOD this weekend
We all got down on the CrossFit Football Total

It's the last week of the "Let's get primal" Challenge!
For those of you that have been turning in your food logs on the days I requested,
they've been looking great! For the ones that I haven't seen I can only imagine.....

This Saturday we will retest the baseline WOD! 
We will start at 8:45am. I will have a sign up sheet in the gym and I want you to sign up for either
8:45am start time, or 9:20am start time. If you sign up for the later time then you
NEED to come in beforehand and do the warm up on your own because the clock will begin
at 9:20 for Heat #2.

For those of you that have a friend wanting to try us out, there will be at intro WOD this Saturday at 10am.

Also, we are having a Pampered Chef Party at noon on Saturday! If you are interested in coming please let me know and I can pass along the address!

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
