Either 8:45 or 9:20, until one of the other fills up then you will be forced into one :)

There WILL be a 10am Intro WOD!

LAST WEEK OF THE CHALLENGE!!! YOU GUYS GOT THIS! Can't wait to do measurements and see the progress in numbers, by the looks of the journals you guys have been doing amazing!
I NEED you guys to do them on Thursday/Friday. There will be no time to do them on Saturday.
