A big shout out and HUGE thank you to all of our members, and all of those that came from 
the other boxes to help make 12.2 a success! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great work to all the athletes that came out and worked hard, I saw people throw up their 
PR weight for multiple reps, and I even saw people get a new PR...that is AWESOME
and that's why I am so happy you guys signed up for the open.....it pushes you to try things that you normally wouldn't. And then you surprise yourself!

anyone is welcome to come and work on skill during open gym time!
