If you signed up for the Garage Games and are interested in following a supplemental strength program to go along with our regular WODs, please email me jackie@crossfitunrivaled.com. You would be able to follow the strength program during open gym hours which are Tue/Thurs at 6:30pm or Monday-Fri 3:30pm.
