For Time: 
25 Handstand Push Ups
25 Box Jumps 24/20in
25 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
25 Burpees

Rest 2 minutes

400m barbell carry 135/95
Starting with and Stopping every 50m for a 
BEAR COMPLEX: (in a different order because the bar will be on our back)
7 rounds:
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press

Finish with 400m Run.
