11am ROWING SEMINAR
GROUP WOD
3 min AMRAP at each station:
Tire Flips (rest)
Prowler (shuttle run)
Rope Climbs (rest)
Sand Bag Cleans (double unders)
Slam Balls
There will be a 30 sec time between stations for transition
