I hope you all read the article I posted up on our FB page about keeping the gym clean and the nasty skin disease you can get if you don't! I know most of you have been doing a good job about moping your space up after your WOD's, but not everyone has been.
I put sanitizing wipes in almost every corner of the gym so now you have no excuse to not wipe your stuff down!! So wipes for the balls/abmats/rowers/foam rollers....basically anything you get on thats not the floor. And the spray bottle and mop are for the floor! Remember to wash your hands before you leave the gym and don't sit in your sweaty gym clothes all day!

Wednesday 7:30/FRIDAY 6:30pm/ Saturday Noon: BARBELL CLUB
